Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment for open-enrollment courses is due in full 10 working days prior to the start date of the course. Government agencies are exempt from this policy when a valid purchase order has been received. Company checks or credit cards are accepted for payment.

Refund Policy: Ambrose King Company is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course you are attending, simply notify the instructor and return your materials before the end of the first day and a complete refund will be issued.

Cancellations and Changes: There are no cancellation fees if you cancel 10 or more work days prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations made less than 10 work days before the course start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Work days exclude all Federal Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
